From early in my career, I was selected as the business lead for system implementations due to my ability to grasp complex systems and effectively communicate with IT.

 

As a leader I now drive system changes by developing compelling business cases, calculating ROI, and creating detailed plans that ensure seamless transitions. Whether it’s ERP systems or proprietary solutions, I focus on minimizing disruption, maximizing ROI, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the change management process.

Successfully implemented Salesforce as the CRM platform for call center operations, streamlining workflows and automating service processes. This implementation improved data accuracy, reduced resolution times by 20% over two years, and increased overall customer satisfaction through enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities.

Led the global rollout of a new ERP replenishment system, unifying procurement, inventory, and finance functions. Led data migration, training, and system adoption across multiple teams, resulting in more efficient cross-functional operations and improved supply chain visibility. Delivered system improvements that led to improved forecasting.

Served as the executive business lead for the company-wide ERP transformation, collaborating with SaaS consultants to ensure alignment between business needs and technical functionality. Balanced stakeholder expectations and technical constraints to deliver a solution that supported operational continuity during the planned 2025 transition, positioning the company for scalable growth.

Partnered with IT to optimize proprietary in-house tools, expanding their capabilities to meet evolving user needs. Introduced automation functionality through custom scripts, modernizing outdated systems and improving overall system efficiency by an estimated 20%. These enhancements empowered teams to operate more efficiently, driving productivity gains.

Led cultural change initiatives during system implementations by fostering transparent communication, building trust, and creating buy-in among associates.
